Currently, Dr. Ramos Kelly is a bariatric surgeon providing all bariatric surgeries, including Gastric Sleeve and Gastric Bypass procedures to U.S. and Canadian patients in Tijuana, Mexico.
Dr. Ramos Kelly is one of a very few practicing surgeons in Mexico who is an International Fellow of ACS (Fellow of American College of Surgeons) and a member of ASMBS (American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery).

Dr. Kelly has years of experience working with Michgain’s transplant surgery team and working in the Los Angeles County Hospital trauma center. He is more than qualified to deal with any circumstances that may arise during surgery. He has successfully completed over 12,000 bariatric surgeries as the head surgeon and has changed the lives of his patients.
